From its inception, the Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, has had as its mission the dispelling of the darkness in our world, and in the lives of its people, with the light of God’s love and life for us in Jesus Christ.  We are propelled into the future by a clear and exciting vision to become a church where persons’ lives are impacted in such a way that they will transform our present world into the Kingdom of God.

It is with this vision in mind that, as a church, we EXALT THE SAVIOR by passionately worshipping and praising our God; EVANGELIZE SOCIETY, so that we may love and fellowship with one another; and EQUIP one another to live victoriously and practically as Christians in the world.  Together, as we become EMPOWERED THROUGH STEWARDSHIP, we can transform our present world from a pain-filled, problem-controlled, often seemingly purposeless mass of earth, spinning in space to the very place where all persons are blessed abundantly and eternally.  It's called ELEVATING SOCIETY!  It's called the Kingdom of God!
